Cancellation

Kindly give me 24 hours notice of cancellation for salon services. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed a full length service, though a full service fee charge will be applied.

Late arrival

In order to stay on schedule, a late arrival can cut your treatment time short, while the normal fee for service will still apply. So please come on time!

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates for Elke´s Day Spa are available in any Euro amount and can be mailed to the recipient of your choice. Pay via Pay Pal. Please stop by our location Ramstein, Am Stutzenwald 2, or call us at 06371-59 80 888 to purchase. If you are unable to stop in or call to purchase, please send us an email inquiry via the “Contact form” and I will be happy to assist you.

Terms & Conditions
Certificates must be presented at time of service. Elkes Day Spa is not responsible for lost stolen or damaged cards/certificates or any unauthorized use. Certificates is redeemable for merchandise & services only and may not be used towards purchase of another certificate. Unused value remains on certificate and cannot be redeemed for cash. Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and promotions. I look forward to serving you and hope you enjoy using your Elkes Day
Spa certificate. Certificates are nonrefundable and do expire after 3 years.
